AI in Class is a 4-part documentary series exploring how artificial intelligence is changing the way students learn, teachers teach, and schools think about the future. From Stockholm to Athens, the Founderz team visits schools not always at the frontier of this shift, not the most high-tech, not the most funded, but the ones engaging with it on their own terms and being the most honest about what AI in education really means for the students living it today.

1. Sweden: Järva Gymnasium, Stockholm
What happens when a school in one of Stockholm's most underserved neighbourhoods decides AI is the tool that levels the playing field? At Järva Gymnasium, over 40 languages are spoken, 80% of first-year students made it to university, and two students built their own AI app to help classmates learn. This is not a story about technology. It's a story about what the right tools can do in the right hands.
2. Ireland: AI Skills and Education Hub, Kildare
Nobody at the Kildare AI Skills Hub pretends to have all the answers. That, in a way, is the point. In Kildare and Wicklow, teachers, students and industry are learning about AI together, in real time, without a map. 3. Greece - 3rd High School of Argyroupoli, Athens
The 3rd High School of Argyroupoli embraces AI across every subject — and the results are visible. But director Skendos Konstantinos asks a harder question: what do we lose if students stop thinking for themselves? In Athens, the birthplace of Socratic dialogue, a school is wrestling honestly with what AI should and shouldn't do in education.

We sat down with two leaders from Microsoft Elevate to understand more about the program’s ambition to help 20 million people gain AI skills over the next two years.
