Access & Program duration
If I sign up today, when can I start?

You can start as soon as you register! You'll receive an email with access to all the program content. This includes both video lessons and optional access to weekly masterclasses and live events.

However, there’s no mandatory start date since our approach allows each student to choose when to learn and progress at their own pace—no fixed schedules!

How long will it take me to complete the program?

The program is designed for a commitment of 3 to 5 hours per week. These hours can be divided however the student prefers; for example, 30 minutes a day.

With this level of dedication, our students typically take an average of 1 to 2 months to complete the program and earn the certification. However, from the moment of enrollment, students have 12 months of access to all the content, allowing them to progress at their own pace.

Once I start, how much time do I have to finish? How long will I have access to the content?

Once you enroll, you will have 12 months to complete the master’s content and submit your final project.

After the 12 months, you’ll still have access to the platform to enjoy the weekly masterclasses and stay connected with the community, but you will no longer be able to view the classes.

Can I do it at my own pace?

Of course! Our methodology is based on microlearning (short pre-recorded videos of 5 to 15 minutes) and practical activities, allowing each student to organize their time and progress at their own pace without fixed schedules.

Requirements & Certification
Is there a minimum requirement for prior tech knowledge?

No, you don’t need any specific tech qualifications or educational level. The program is designed for all levels and backgrounds, regardless of their tech expertise.

In fact, one of the foundations of our collaborative methodology is that we can all learn from each other, including more than 13,000 students with very different profiles from our own.

Is there a final certification?

Yes. Upon completing the program, you will receive and be able to export the Responsible AI Leadership certification to your LinkedIn, endorsed by Microsoft and Founderz.

Flexibility & Work compatibility
Can I take the program if I’m working or studying?

Absolutely! We've designed the program using a microlearning approach (short video lessons of 5 to 15 minutes) specifically so it can be balanced with work, other studies, and family.

While we do offer live events weekly (which are optional), they’re designed to fit around other commitments. Plus, we regularly ask the community for feedback on the best times to schedule them, so more students can attend. And don’t worry, all events are recorded and available on the platform, so you can watch them whenever it suits you.

Are the classes live? Do I have to log in at a specific time?

No, the classes are on-demand. This means that once you have access to the platform, you can watch all the classes at your own pace without needing to log in at a specific time to view them.

Is it online or is there an in-person component?

The program is 100% online.

Methodology & Evaluation
How is the methodology? Are the classes pre-recorded?

The methodology is based on four key pillars:

1. Pre-recorded classes of 5 to 15 minutes with industry experts (all of them active professionals).

2. Practical activities at the end of each module to apply the concepts learned.

3. Weekly live events to deepen knowledge with program instructors.

4. Discussions and networking with a community of over 13,000 professionals in the Virtual Campus.

How is the evaluation system? Are there exams?

The evaluation is divided into two parts:

1. Practical exercises at the end of each module, which are shared with the rest of the community. Once you submit your activity, you'll have access to your peers' work to learn from them.

2. A final mandatory project upon completing the program. This project is designed to build on the previous activities and put everything you’ve learned into practice.

No exams!

How can I be sure that the content is up-to-date when AI evolves so quickly?

We know that AI is constantly advancing—new tools and features emerge every day. It’s incredible how fast it evolves and what we’re able to achieve with it, delivering results that seemed unimaginable just a few months ago.

That’s why we work hard to keep our content up-to-date and useful for our students. Even if it means re-recording classes or adding new tools to the curriculum.

Additionally, the weekly live events with instructors provide the perfect opportunity to stay informed about the latest trends and tools.

“For me, completing the master’s with Founderz has opened my mind and allowed me to advance much further in my profession. I now use AI for practically 60% to 70% of my work.”

Tatiana Lara
AI & Innovation Program Student

"I’ve been able to balance the Founderz program perfectly with my personal life. Since you can go through the sessions at your own pace and intensity, it’s fantastic. I really appreciate that the sessions are recorded, as I can revisit the ones I didn’t fully understand or that sparked more interest."

Fredy Civit
AI & Innovation Program Student

"Before starting the master’s program, my knowledge of AI was quite limited. I felt a lot of frustration knowing that I needed to learn new things but not knowing how to approach them."

Maria Miralles
