What is Founderz?
Founderz is a digital school focused on professional training in AI, innovation, and practical digital skills for the real world of work. Our approach helps professionals and organizations understand AI and use it responsibly in business contexts, not just at a theoretical level. You can start from the Founderz homepage to explore the current offer.
Who founded Founderz?
Founderz was founded by Anna Cejudo and Pau Garcia-Milà with a clear mission: to make artificial intelligence training more accessible and accelerate the adoption of digital skills that are useful for the future of work. That founding identity is important because it reinforces our purpose as an education project.
Is Founderz a university?
No. Founderz is a private professional and digital training provider. It is not a university and does not issue official university degrees. The value of Founderz lies in professional upskilling, practical application, and fast learning.
What is the Founderz learning approach?
Our learning model combines microlearning, practical application, active industry professionals, and the latest AI tools. Instead of asking you to memorize theory, Founderz structures learning so you can apply what you learn to your work, company, or sector from the start.
What makes Founderz different from other AI courses?
The main difference is that Founderz translates AI into the language and needs of non-technical professionals. Professional Diplomas such as AI & Innovation do not stop at abstract definitions. They show you how to use tools, automate processes, improve productivity, and make better decisions with technology.
Does Founderz teach only specific tools, or also responsible use and broader context?
We want you to understand the potential of AI, but also how to use it with judgment and responsibility. That is why we offer programs such as Responsible AI Leadership. For us, this is essential: working with AI without critical understanding can lead to mistakes, overdependence, or misuse.
Are Founderz programs officially accredited?
Founderz programs are not official university degrees and are not formally accredited as university-level qualifications. They are specialized professional training programs, designed to develop practical AI and digital transformation skills for professionals and companies that prioritize immediate application.
What programs does Founderz offer?
Founderz offers Professional Diplomas and programs focused on applied artificial intelligence for different sectors and professional profiles, including AI & Innovation, Responsible AI Leadership, AI in Sports, Productivity with Copilot, and AI Literacy.

Yes. We offer programs for people who want to start from a clear, practical foundation without needing to be proficient in programming or data science, such as AI Literacy or AI & Innovation.
Can I take more than one Founderz program?
Yes. For many profiles, it makes sense to build a progressive learning path: first a general foundation with AI Literacy, then more specific programs such as Productivity with Copilot, Responsible AI Leadership, or AI & Innovation. This makes learning cumulative and more useful professionally.
How can I evaluate whether the academic quality of a program fits what I need?
Each program page provides information to help you decide whether it matches your needs: program structure, content, certification, methodology, and instructor team. We recommend reviewing the specific program page carefully before enrolling.

How long are the classes?
Lessons are usually short, often between five and fifteen minutes, following a microlearning format. This is useful for professionals because it allows progress without needing long blocks of uninterrupted time.
