Artificial intelligence is redefining the labour market, and knowing how to apply it has become a priority for businesses and professionals. This is the context behind our collaboration with Babson College, one of the leading colleges in the United States and a name associated with entrepreneurship for decades.
We have combined our experience in digital education with Babson’s academic excellence to create a programme focused on leadership and innovation in the age of AI. Our aim is to help individuals and organisations apply AI effectively and responsibly through online training that requires no technical knowledge or previous programming experience.
Another step forward in our expansion into the United States
This partnership also marks an important milestone in our international growth, allowing us to bring our approach to the US market from its launch in 2026.
Together with Babson College, we are strengthening our commitment to democratising access to AI education and preparing professionals for a world in which knowing how to use this technology effectively and with sound judgement is already a competitive advantage.
The programme: Certificate in AI & Innovation
This first joint project has resulted in the Certificate in AI & Innovation, a learning pathway made up of four badges that can be completed progressively:
- Fundamentals of artificial intelligence. Its impact on productivity and decision-making, responsible use of the technology and the principles of prompt engineering.
- A methodology for innovating with artificial intelligence. Applying the AI-Think framework to identify opportunities, validate ideas and create AI-powered solutions.
- Creating video, images and audio with artificial intelligence. Using generative AI tools to create content in multiple formats, with no previous experience required.
- Creating agents and solutions with artificial intelligence. Designing AI agents and no-code solutions to automate processes and improve business operations.
The entire programme is 100% online and flexible, designed for working professionals who want to update their skills without putting their careers on hold.
A practical approach, with leaders from industry and academia
One of the distinguishing features of the programme developed by Founderz and Babson College is its practical approach, reflected in the main learning objectives:
- Understand how generative artificial intelligence works and how to apply it in real-world contexts.
- Use AI as a copilot for research, creativity and decision-making.
- Implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and the experience of customers and teams.
- Innovate in a structured way, ethically and with a clear objective.
The programme is delivered by a teaching team made up of executives, scientists and innovation leaders. Their experience brings real-world industry insight to the learning experience, with a practical focus designed for business environments.

The starting point for a broader collaboration
Building on this first project, both institutions are working to expand the collaboration into new areas, including the development of additional joint programmes and the integration of our methodology into Babson’s classrooms. This includes incorporating AI Fellows into its programmes and co-creating AI use cases with Babson faculty, such as classroom simulations and new approaches to assessment.
