Together with Microsoft, we have partnered with various public administrations and institutions, including the Community of Madrid and the Princess of Girona Foundation, to develop educational programs that foster talent development, the responsible use of AI, and greater competitiveness in Spain.
In addition, our programs are eligible for funding through the State Foundation for Employment Training (FUNDAE), a public organization affiliated with the Ministry of Labor that coordinates and manages workforce training programs to help companies develop their employees’ skills.
Projects with Microsoft and Spanish Public Institutions

We developed this academic initiative together with Microsoft and the Autonomous University of Madrid. The Chair on Employability and Responsibility in Artificial Intelligence aims to promote AI education and its responsible adoption, while improving people’s employability.

Together with Microsoft and the Princess of Girona Foundation (FPdGi), we created Preparados, Listos, ¡IA!, a program designed to provide free online training in artificial intelligence and prompt engineering to more than 200,000 young people.

More than 27,600 vocational education students at public institutions in Aragón can benefit from the free training program we launched together with the Government of Aragón, focused on responsible AI and prompt engineering.

This free program for developing digital skills is aimed at 45,000 young job seekers in Galicia. The goal is to equip them with the tools they need to use artificial intelligence in their professional development.

Together with the Generalitat Valenciana’s Department of Education, Culture, Universities and Employment, we signed a protocol establishing a framework for collaboration designed to expand digital skills across the Valencian education community, among both teachers and students.

Our partnership with the Community of Madrid and Microsoft enabled us to launch this initiative to provide free artificial intelligence training to more than 100,000 young people in Madrid between the ages of 16 and 26. The goal is to create the “first AI generation” by developing key skills for the labor market. By July 2026, the Community of Madrid had already trained more than 87,000 students.

AI Training for Public-Sector Employees
In addition to programs aimed at young people and students, we also train teams within public administrations themselves. We have provided artificial intelligence training to employees of the Provincial Council of Valladolid and the city councils of Valladolid, Albacete, Zaragoza, Logroño, Santurtzi, and Valencia, as well as A Coruña City Council and many other smaller municipalities.
