Institutional Recognition for Founderz and Its AI Training Model
In 2025, we received the Best Training Partner award at the Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards 2025 in Spain. This award recognizes organizations that actively contribute to the adoption of technology and the development of digital skills within the Microsoft ecosystem, with a strong focus on innovation, technical quality, and impact.
This recognition also strengthens our ongoing partnership with Microsoft, through which we have launched numerous initiatives to promote education in artificial intelligence. Together, these initiatives have helped train more than 300,000 students.
Recognition for Anna Cejudo and Pau Garcia-Milà
The technological entrepreneurship, innovation, and AI leadership of Founderz’s co-CEOs have also been recognized on several occasions.
Anna Cejudo
Over more than 10 years of experience leading innovation and education projects, Anna has played a key role in the creation of Ideafoster, a consultancy specializing in disruptive innovation that was acquired by Advent International in 2018.
She has also received several distinctions for her leadership as a woman in AI, including recognition in GSV Top Women in AI, a nomination for the WomenTech Global Awards Rising Star Entrepreneur Award in the pre-seed/seed-stage technology startup category, and inclusion in Forbes Women Leaders in Technology. These recognitions highlight her leading role in developing projects at the intersection of education and technology.
In 2025, she received the Medal of Merit in Commerce, awarded by Spain’s Ministry of Economy, Trade and Business. This distinction recognizes individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the growth and strengthening of Spain’s business sector.
Pau Garcia-Milà
Throughout his career, Pau has founded several companies, including eyeOS, which was later acquired by Telefónica, and Ideafoster.
His entrepreneurial talent and passion for technology earned him the title of Innovator of the Year within the TR35 program, promoted by MIT Technology Review. Each year, this program identifies young innovators whose projects have a significant impact in technology, science, or entrepreneurship.
He has also received the Princess of Girona Award in the Business category, a distinction granted by the Princess of Girona Foundation to young people who have developed projects with economic and social impact.
