Pau Garcia-Milà

At just 17 years old, Pau Garcia-Milà took his first big step into the world of entrepreneurship by founding his first company, which was later acquired by Telefónica. Since then, he has dedicated his career to innovation and technology, earning accolades such as Innovator of the Year by MIT TR-35 in 2011 and the FPdGI Princess of Girona Award.

Pau is also the founder of Ideafoster, a consultancy specializing in disruptive innovation that was acquired by Canvia (part of Advent International) in 2018, and Founderz, an online AI school focused on training professionals and businesses to tackle the challenges of the future (and the present).

In addition to his entrepreneurial work, Pau is a natural communicator, inspiring thousands of people through his social media platforms.
