Introducing the Founderz Fellows: our first AI-powered mentors
At Founderz, we believe that online education should be personalized. That's why we've created Fellows, virtual AI mentors who accompany students in real time.
Just over a year ago, it only took us one matchday at CE Europa’s home ground to realize we shared the same spirit: passion, community, and a vision for the future. Since then, we’ve been working together with a simple goal: to prove that artificial intelligence can truly be for everyone.
Today, that shared goal has become history. The CE Europa women’s team has been promoted to Spain’s First RFEF, the elite division of women’s football, after a season where AI became their strongest teammate.
When we began collaborating, the mission was clear: to help the team analyze data, read the game better, and make the most of every opportunity.
No one expected that this approach would take them this far.
With the help of Microsoft Copilot and five international Founderz students acting as data analysts, CE Europa went from fighting relegation to achieving a historic promotion in May 2025.
The numbers tell the story:
“In the second division we faced professional clubs that also used advanced technology,” explains María Victoria “Nany” Haces, the team’s coach. “Our advantage is that we’ve been refining our system for a year and know exactly how to apply it.”
The Europa’s success hasn’t gone unnoticed. Over the last season, three other Spanish clubs have adopted the same methodology, achieving measurable improvements in performance.
And this year, CE Europa is going even further: implementing professional rival analysis, automated scouting, and personalized physical preparation based on biometric data.
“Europa represents exactly what we believe at Founderz: that AI should be for everyone, not just for those with big budgets,” says Anna Cejudo, co-CEO of Founderz.

Our work with Europa has gone far beyond the game itself.
Fifteen players have completed our training in Applied AI, and are now using those skills in their daily professions, from architecture and physiotherapy to education and project management.
The case is already being studied at Spanish universities and has sparked interest in other sports as well.
“The future of sport doesn’t belong to the richest clubs, but to the ones bold enough to innovate,” adds Pau Garcia-Milà, co-CEO of Founderz.
When we say AI is for everyone, we mean it.
CE Europa’s promotion proves that technology doesn’t just change performance. It changes mindsets.
With the right tools, innovation stops being a privilege and becomes a true force for equality.
We’re proud to be part of this story.
Because when talent, community, and intelligence (both human and artificial) play on the same tearn, anyone can become unstoppable.
