The partnership includes training in entrepreneurial skills and the launch of the Oryon Foundation Academy by Founderz platform
Madrid, January 24, 2024. Oryon Foundation, the Oryon Universal foundation that gives people facing professional exclusion the opportunity to start a business, and the online business school Founderz are once again joining forces to support the recovery and reintegration of talent through entrepreneurship.
True to their purpose and values, the two organizations have signed an agreement that establishes two complementary lines of collaboration, with education as the vehicle:
1. First, the joint design of a specific, high-quality educational offering built on Founderz’s new MBE (Online Master in Business & Entrepreneurship), which Oryon Foundation has complemented with a series of theoretical and practical sessions led by experts in different fields, as well as a network of mentors who support students across every discipline involved in developing their project.
This training will be integrated into the following Oryon Foundation entrepreneurship programs:
- Reemprende Program, aimed at entrepreneurs who have suffered a business setback, need emotional and financial support, and want to develop a new venture.
- +50 Program, for people over 50 who have been pushed out of the professional world and are looking to start a new path as entrepreneurs.
- And the Madre Emprende Program, for women who have been excluded from the workforce because of motherhood and who see entrepreneurship as an opportunity to return to professional life.
With this agreement, Founderz becomes a key partner and an active participant in Oryon Foundation’s programs.
The first call for applications was launched in December 2023. The 15 selected participants, five per program, will receive training split between Founderz’s own MBE and Oryon Foundation’s additional offering of master classes, specialized mentoring, workshops, events, and awards.
The next training cohort is scheduled for the end of the first quarter of 2024.
2. As a second line of collaboration, Oryon Foundation will host the Oryon Foundation Academy by Founderz platform on its website. The platform has been created specifically to centralize and sell Founderz courses, and the school will donate up to 40% of the revenue from those sales to the Foundation.

As part of this agreement, initially planned to run for one year, the two organizations will also hold regular meetings to coordinate talks and presentations of interest to students and to develop new content proposed by Oryon Foundation.
Through this collaboration, Oryon Foundation and Founderz estimate that the educational offering integrated into Oryon Foundation’s three programs alone will deliver more than 10,000 hours of instruction to 140 students, 90% of whom are expected to launch a new venture.
