The business school specializing in artificial intelligence has built a track record of exponential growth, multiplying its revenue from €2.1M in 2023 to €7.6M in 2025.
With an ecosystem of more than 700,000 professionals trained, Founderz has already driven digital transformation at more than 1,700 corporations worldwide.
Founderz, the business school specializing in artificial intelligence, is marking its fifth anniversary as it cements its position as one of Europe’s leading AI training providers, with 2026 revenue expected to top €11 million after several years of sustained growth.
Since its founding in 2021, the Spanish company has seen rapid growth in both revenue and international reach. Revenue climbed from €2.1 million in 2023 to €3.9 million in 2024 and €7.6 million in 2025, nearly doubling year over year.
“Our progress over these first five years is the result of anticipating a trend: that AI would redefine the value of human talent and the business world,” says Pau García-Milà, co-CEO and co-founder of Founderz.
“We set out to transform an online education model that had grown outdated, and now, backed by global-scale partnerships with companies like Microsoft and Hearst, we’ve become a strategic bridge between fast-moving technology and corporate upskilling,” says Anna Cejudo, co-CEO and co-founder of Founderz.
With this approach, Founderz addresses the methodological limitations of traditional online education, betting on a new learning model built on personalization, collaborative community-based learning, and real-world technology application. As a result, it has trained more than 700,000 professionals and driven digital transformation at more than 1,700 corporations worldwide, including companies such as Microsoft, Deloitte, Telefónica, Nestlé, BBVA, KPMG, Volkswagen, and Siemens.
Top-Tier Partnerships: Microsoft and Fitch Learning
Among the key milestones in Founderz’s growth is its strategic partnership with Microsoft, which has enabled the development of joint artificial intelligence training programs and the delivery of internationally recognized official certifications. This collaboration has strengthened Founderz’s position as a major player in digital skills training and AI adoption among professionals and organizations.
Alongside Microsoft, and in collaboration with the Autonomous University of Madrid, Founderz has also strengthened its standing by launching the ERIA Chair, focused on advancing specialized training in the responsible use of artificial intelligence and improving the employability of professionals in this field.
In addition, in May 2026, HearstLab took a strategic stake in Founderz to support the business school’s international expansion. As part of this new stage, Founderz and Fitch Learning, the global finance-focused training company that is part of Fitch Group (owned by Hearst), will partner to deliver innovative, personalized AI training programs to more than 125,000 professionals worldwide.
This momentum comes at a pivotal regulatory moment for the sector. “The European AI Act coming into force will mark a turning point for organizations. More and more companies need to understand how to apply artificial intelligence in a way that’s ethical, safe, and aligned with regulation,” notes Pau García-Milà, co-CEO and co-founder of Founderz.
International Growth and the Move into B2B with Frontierz
Over the past five years, Founderz has expanded its catalog of AI programs tailored to different industries, including its two flagship master’s programs (AI and Innovation, and AI for Creatives), leadership training in responsible AI, productivity training with Copilot, and AI applied to education, healthcare, sports, and finance, along with a literacy course designed to help companies comply with the European AI Act. Founderz has also just launched Frontierz, a B2B platform that helps companies turn training into real business capabilities through real-time experiences, tailored exercises, scenarios based on actual business challenges, and AI assistants (known as AI Fellows) built into employees’ daily workflows.
Beyond its organic growth, Founderz is backed by specialized investors, including a recent investment from Hearst as a strategic partner, which strengthens its capacity for expansion and international positioning.
Headquartered in Barcelona and active in 170 countries through its training programs, Founderz enters this new stage with the goal of continuing to expand its global impact and establishing itself as one of the leading international benchmarks in artificial intelligence training for both professionals and businesses.
