- And now they’re taking the next step: launching an online Copilot course in partnership with Microsoft.
- “AI challenges us to reinvent the way we do business, rethink our processes, and embrace innovation in all its forms,” says Pau Garcia-Milà, CEO and co-founder of Founderz.
- Founderz’s AI and Innovation program, developed in partnership with Microsoft, now has more than 5,000 students, making it the largest AI master’s program in Europe.
- The master’s program, previously available in Spanish and English, has now also launched in Portuguese, in partnership with Microsoft Portugal.
October 3, Madrid, Spain – More than 5,000 professionals have already chosen to learn about artificial intelligence and no-code tools through the AI and Innovation program. The program was launched in late May by the business school Founderz, in partnership with Microsoft, with the goal of democratizing access to learning the technologies that are already shaping the next industrial revolution.
Earlier this year, a technology boom took hold as tools like ChatGPT and Bing Chat reached the general public. This sparked a wave of uncertainty around the idea that AI could lead to the loss of millions of jobs. A few months later, that technology has become a natural part of everyday processes and tasks, increasing productivity and improving the well-being of thousands of professionals at work. In fact, a study by MIT researchers found that teams using ChatGPT report greater job satisfaction, since it lets them automate tedious tasks and finish work sooner.
In this context, AI training represents an opportunity to optimize processes and to pursue future roles that will emerge from combining technical skills with the application of new technologies. Estimates suggest that by 2030, between 6% and 9% of companies will need roles that do not yet exist.
“The key to unlocking the potential of AI is understanding its power and applying it ethically and responsibly,” reflects Pau Garcia-Milà, CEO and co-founder of Founderz.
Success Story: More Than 5,000 Professionals Training in AI
Since Founderz announced its AI and Innovation program, developed in partnership with Microsoft, its community of students has kept growing. The program reached 1,500 students in just one week, and today more than 5,000 professionals have chosen to train in AI and no-code tools. These professionals come from fields as varied as education, law, consulting, finance, and marketing, and they share one thing in common: the drive to make the most of the opportunities AI offers and to prepare for this new professional reality.
The program’s success is due in part to the involvement of top Microsoft professionals (from Spain, the US, and the UK) such as David Carmona, Ester de Nicolás, David Hurtado, Shahzia Holtom, Mihaela Vorvoreanu, Matías Cordero, and Paula Melero, among others. These are professionals with years of experience in AI, no-code and low-code tools, and innovation more broadly.
In addition, after completing the master’s program, students receive a certification from Founderz, along with free access to Microsoft’s PL-900 certification exam.
Next Stop: Online Copilot Course
Ahead of the launch of Microsoft 365 Copilot on November 1, Founderz has announced an online Copilot course in partnership with Microsoft.
The course will be taught by professionals of the caliber of Xiaopeng Li, Leading AI Business at Microsoft, who will use hands-on examples to show how to triple productivity with Microsoft’s generative AI solutions.
Program Launch in Portugal and Its International Reach
On September 19, the master’s program launched in Portuguese in partnership with Microsoft Portugal. This step strengthens the program’s international reach, which already includes Spanish and English versions and a student community spanning more than 20 countries.
“Our goal is for anyone to have access to quality education and to every opportunity that new technologies offer, across Spain, Europe, and the world. The launch in Portugal is just the first step,” says Pau Garcia-Milà.
