Introducing the Founderz Fellows: our first AI-powered mentors
At Founderz, we believe that online education should be personalized. That's why we've created Fellows, virtual AI mentors who accompany students in real time.
We’re thrilled to share that in the coming weeks, our story will appear on the Microsoft Windows Start and Lock screens, visible to hundreds of millions of users across the U.S., the U.K., and other English-speaking markets:
Microsoft selected the project we launched with the CE Europa women’s team to showcase how artificial intelligence can transform sports, as part of the first edition of its new global media platform, Signal Magazine.
The feature, titled “Changing the Game”, highlights how we use tools like Microsoft Copilot to analyze data, optimize strategies, and boost the competitive performance of the team we sponsor. The results speak for themselves:
- 28% increase in corner kick effectiveness
- 89% accuracy in tactical predictions
- 14x return on investment
Beyond soccer: technology that changes lives
Beyond the field, this project had a meaningful human impact. Every CE Europa player received an AI training scholarship through our platform. Today, many are applying that knowledge in their professional lives, proving that technology doesn’t just change games, it changes lives.
