To help close this gap, we are launching AI Skills 4 Women, a free AI training initiative designed to empower women across Europe and the Middle East with the skills needed to thrive in the tech industry.

Making AI training accessible to all women
At Founderz, we want to remove barriers to AI education and open opportunities for women, regardless of their background or prior experience in technology. With AI Skills 4 Women, we are providing:
- Free AI training for women at all skill levels, including those without a technical background.
- Expert-led courses featuring top AI professionals who are shaping the future of the industry.
- 150 scholarships, valued at €950 each, for women who want to deepen their AI expertise.
